Abstract Submission

All abstracts must be submitted and received through the Abstract Submission System.

Documents received after the given deadline, due to any reason will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended.

Due to the limited schedule, only one abstract for oral presentation and poster presentation submission are allowed for one registrant. 

The abstract must be written and presented in English.

Please download the abstract template by clicking the ICON and follow the guidelines carefully.

Documents that do not confirm to the guidelines will be asked to revise.

A confirmation email will be sent to the contributor upon submission.

Abstracts will not be allowed to edit after the deadline.
